Summary of important user-visible changes for devtools 0.3.2:
-------------------------------------------------------------

This release adds a style checker for package authors and teaches
`devtools.lsp` which class a method call reaches in scripts and test blocks.

** `devtools.styleLint` checks code against the packages' coding style:
tabs, two-space indentation, single quotes by default and double quotes
for message text, lines of at most 80 columns, and conditions in
parentheses with no `...`. Test blocks are checked as code, and `RULES`
    picks which rules run.

** `devtools.lsp` answers a method call from what its object was assigned:
    after `mdl = fitcknn (X, Y)`, hover and definition on `predict (mdl, X)`
    give `ClassificationKNN.predict` instead of every class's `predict`.
Constructors, `arguments` blocks, nested calls and the return classes of
functions and methods, read from their bodies, all count. A method only
one class defines answers any call to it.

** `devtools.lsp` answers hover, definition and completion in test blocks.

** `devtools.lsp` no longer answers "Internal error" to a definition request
on a local variable, or to completion after a variable and a dot. A
definition with many candidates comes about twice as fast.

** The servers report their own version in `serverInfo`; 0.3.1 reported
    0.3.0.

** `devtools.dialectLint`'s summary counts the files checked; it repeated
the number of findings, as in "3 of 3 files".
